Delicious rose-orange, sherbet-like colors with fruity evocations on pointy petals which open into a slightly flattened large ball. Sturdy, upright stems and long bloom time if kept deadheaded and well-watered, especially when grown in containers. Attracts butterflies and hummingbirds. Dahlias growing in containers should be brought inside before mid-September. For those in the garden: dig, dry, and store bulbs two weeks after a killing frost or mid-November, whichever comes first.
