This retreat is an all-day deep dive into watercolor painting with artist and gardener, Amy Woods. You will get to know your palette, practice brush techniques, and paint a large botanical subject. The day will start with familiarizing yourself with a large #12 brush and mark making. There will be a lunch break that includes a delicious, boxed lunch from Bowood by Niche. The afternoon will be spent working on a larger scale with large sheets of premium Arches watercolor paper. All skill levels are welcome, and all supplies are provided. Lunch selections will be made with Holly after registration and registration will close on April 17th.
