Tall spikes of bright white, snapdragon-like flowers from late summer to fall. Dramatic, glossy, black-green emergent foliage forms a striking, tall dark green mound that spreads out slowly. Cultivar of a Missouri native that needs moist to wet soils; may need staking in deeper shade. Attracts butterflies; rabbit resistant.
