Clusters of delicately dangling red flowers with pink and white spurs in spring. The heart-shaped, deep green leaves are edged in crimson when they emerge and become completely flushed with red in the fall. Slowly forms a wide, evergreen mound; tough, long-lived plant for dry shade. Deer and rabbit resistant.
