Eat more plants! Join restaurateur and nutritionist Brooke Ali for an experiential cooking workshop in The Studio. Learn to prepare a raw taco meal followed by a nut butter dessert without needing to turn on the oven! Students will cook alongside Brooke, set a summer themed table and enjoy a wonderful plant powered feast before the end of class. Everything is included and you will leave with recipes to recreate these dishes at home.
