Kusamono is the Japanese botanical art of potting an arrangement of wild grasses and flowers in shallow pots or trays to suggest a season or place. In this workshop, students will create their own indoor Kusamono-style arrangement in a shallow dish using leafy plants, mosses, and ferns. Students will leave with a completed arrangement that is suitable for indoor display. All supplies are provided, including the Kusamono dish.
