Round out your weekend on a relaxing note with this extended meditation and yoga workshop. Constance Steinkamp, trained yogi, will guide you through stretches and mindfulness exercises to let go of stress and set the tone for your upcoming week. Then students will use tea and journaling to extend their practice into useful everyday habits they can recreate at home. Please bring your own yoga mat, journal, and pen. Hot tea and a light snack will be provided.
