Subtly pointed, barely overlapping petals are deep purple fading to red and bleeding into dusty rose-gold borders. Mysterious and lovely when closed in early morning, dramatic as the petals unfurl with the sun, this is an excellent choice for forcing as well as a stunning addition to the spring garden.

Tulips are colorful and striking, bridging the gap from early spring to summer. They make excellent, long-lasting cut flowers, adding a dramatic flair to any arrangement. With the exception of the Darwin Hybrids and species tulips, most will not bloom in the second year and are often planted as annuals. Combine with Narcissus to protect from investigating squirrels and voles.
