IN STORE PICKUP:
How will I know when my online order is ready for pickup?
You will receive an email notification after your order is fulfilled and ready for pick up. Most orders are fulfilled within 24 hours.
How long will you hold my order?
We will hold your order for one week unless other arrangements have been made. We are not responsible for the condition of plants that are left longer than one week.
Does Bowood offer delivery?
We deliver every Tuesday and Friday within St. Louis City and County. Delivery prices are calculated based upon your zip code at checkout. Orders must be placed by noon one day prior. We will leave your delivery on your driveway or front porch, unless otherwise specified. You can leave instructions for our driver in the notes at checkout. Upon completion of delivery, you will be notified via email that your delivery has been made. In severe weather circumstances (either hot or cold) we may postpone delivery.
What if my order is damaged?
We are not liable for orders that are damaged after delivery or lost due to theft. If your item was damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately. Please examine your order closely upon arrival and take clear photos documenting the damaged item. We must receive photos of all damaged items within 24 hours of delivery. Please email photos along with your order number to email@example.com and we will reply with further instructions.
Does Bowood offer installation of trees & shrubs?
We install trees and shrubs that are in a 2 gallon or larger container. All material must be purchased from Bowood. Proper soil amendments and mulch are included with all installations. Our installation services are available weekly and are for home owners in St. Louis City and County. Please call the store to arrange this service, as it cannot be processed online.

Does Bowood offer repotting services?
Yes, we will repot your small and large indoor plants, including orchids. We will repot your plant into either a new container purchased from Bowood Farms or one that is brought in from home. Repotting is only recommended during certain times of year so give us a call to find out if it’s the right time to repot your plant.
Does Bowood offer container planting services?
Yes, we love designing annual combinations or other plantings for your home. Choose from our extensive line of plants and containers and we will help create a unique design. We can also plant up your indoor plants and specialty containers including terrariums. Please stop by or give us a call to find out our rates for these services.
