Bright green, ruffled leaves with a clean, fruity mint flavor and fragrance, on upright stems with spikes of small lilac flowers in summer. Attracts pollinators but is deer and rabbit resistant. Spreads aggressively by rhizomes and is best grown in large containers or sited where it is limited by hardscape and/or allowed to spread as a groundcover.
