Dense, clover-like clusters of tiny florets that emerge green and mature to egg-sized, dark purple blooms. This heirloom selection is perfect for thick drifts in perennial beds, meadows and natural settings. Allium sphaerocephalon
Alliums finish the bulb season with an explosion of intense color and excel as cut flowers. They must have well-drained soil and pair well with roses, perennials and ornamental grasses which prevent the bulbs from getting too wet during dormancy. Attracts bees, butterflies and other pollinators; deer and rabbit resistant.
