Double Late / Peony Flowering Tulip

With the magnificence of a fully double peony or old English rose, the green and pink striped buds open to a clear white that appears drenched with bright raspberry syrup. May need some protection from strong winds.

Tulips are colorful and striking, bridging the gap from early spring to summer. They make excellent, long-lasting cut flowers, adding a dramatic flair to any arrangement. With the exception of the Darwin Hybrids and species tulips, most will not bloom in the second year and are often planted as annuals. Combine with Narcissus to protect from investigating squirrels and voles.
