In this workshop ceramicist and artist Caitlin Allen will teach students how to hand build a collection of three ceramic flower frogs. These frogs will sit atop a basic mason jar to artfully arrange blooms from your garden. You will shape white earthenware clay slabs into three round or floral shapes and add texture and design with stamps. The final creations will be clear glazed and fired off-site at Caitlin’s studio. Your flower frogs along with three mason jars can be picked up at Bowood a week after class.
