Sourdough Starter Workshop

Join Rooted Provisions for an engaging introduction to sourdough designed to equip you with the essential techniques for successful breadmaking at home. Led by Grace Leon this immersive session will cover the art and science behind crafting a delicious sourdough loaf from scratch. Explore the fundamentals of the sourdough starter, fermentation, and shaping as you get hands-on experience with your dough. You'll leave with your own sourdough starter in a glass mason jar, a tea towel for proofing, and the knowledge to continue your sourdough journey with confidence. Please bring a wooden spoon for mixing and a small/medium sized bowl for transporting your loaf home to bake.
