Deep green and leathery, the long, dagger-shaped leaves have wavily serrated edges and are held upright or slightly arching on purple-black stems with brown stippling. Native to Papua New Guinea and surrounding islands, this makes a striking accent plant with a very contemporary look. Loves warmth and humidity but direct sunlight should be avoided.
