Extremely large leaves with deeply ruffled edges are forest green on the topside and bronzy-green with red ribs underneath. Held on thick, burgundy stems, these hefty leaves point directly upwards until their abundance causes them to flare outwards. Remove leaves, dig and store for the winter.
