Pungent and earthy, the leaves are essential to both Asian and Mexican cuisines. This variety is both a taste-test winner, very bushy and productive and also forms a good-sized root for Thai and Indian cooking. Very slow to bolt to seed, but when it does, either harvest the dried seed as coriander or bend plants to drop seed nearby for a second or even third harvest.
