Join artist Caitlin Allen for a beginners’ lesson on painting with water soluble oil paints. This medium has the look and feel of traditional oil paints without the smell or hazard of harsh solvents. In this workshop, you will learn brush techniques, color mixing, and layering to paint bright red tulips. All supplies are provided, and you will leave with your completed painting.
