Super double, brilliant purple, outward-facing blooms on tall, graceful blue stems. Spring bloom often continues sporadically into summer, especially when given additional water. Deadhead regularly to promote continuous flowering; if necessary, entire plant may be cut back by one-third to reinvigorate. Bred for cut-flower gardens; will self-seed abundantly. Deer and rabbit resistant.
